Winter Gardens, Maraval Land for Sale

Winter Gardens is located off of the lower Saut D’eau Road just past the junction and is a relatively newly developing area, however, the original properties are about 30 years old but the original land owners are now starting to develop the whole area into new housing.

The land that is for sale is 7,333.45 sq. ft. of gently sloping land off of the upper side of the road. There is a small derelict wooden structure on the land that can barely be seen from the road, where there once stood a small house. The land to the back is steeper. The land is located just to the left of the grey 3 storey house that stands immediately opposite to the “T” junction on the main road into the small older developed area (not the presently newer area).
