The land is flat and surrounded by lush greenery.  There are a few houses on this road and one presently being built opposite to the lands for sale.  The lands are to the back of the Recreation Park and the Lot C5 actually bounds this park.

The land is 5 minutes drive to the Grand Riviere beach where turtle watching and the preservation of the turtles have a 6 months season where the Ministry issues licences to be able to go onto the beach at night with guides to see the turtles.

During the rest of the year, kayaking and some lesser surfing is also done and the beach is lovely to just sit and enjoy the scenery.

There are signs at the entrance to the road reserve and there is another sign up on a work shed that sits on Lot C1, so its very easy to find.
